A Vagabond and A Wizard

When a wandering wizard, chanced upon the Random Paths of a vagabond, thoughts overlapped. For, the wizard could work upon the wheel of words and the vagabond spoke through potent images. Will there be a day?

When I will
Let you blindfold me,
Then hold my hand,
And take me
Far away...

With my eyes closed
I might fall,
Get lost
In the jostling crowd about.
But you will be around.
holding my stand,
Leading the path.
Letting me only hear.
I might struggle
I might get frightened...
Yet, you will
Never let go of me.
Patiently explain...
There is nothing to fear.
Nothing to feel threatened of.

Lead me out of the mayhem.
Lead me "not to the stars."
But to a place quiet.
Where I can breathe.

I will feel
The sea breeze.
Feel the waves...
Touching my feet.
Feel the soft evening
Over my face.
And slowly slip away.
Into a comforting slumber.

Will there be
Such a day?

Loved the way you've laid out the component of trust and hope and the want for peace. It's beautiful. :)
